With the continuous improvement of people’s health awareness, the traditional hospitallighting and power supply system has been unable to meet the treatment needs of the peopleThe perfect design of hospital lighting and power supply system can make patients gettreatment environment of safe, comfortable, more conducive rehabilitation for patients.Therefore, the research and design hospital lighting and power supply system for the majorityof medical patients provide the treatment environment of more advanced, safer, more reliablehas far-reaching significance.Based on a project of a hospital rehabilitation building, the power supply and lightingsystem design of hospital is implemented, which includes lighting system, low-voltagedistribution system, the choice of equipment and wire, building lightning protection,grounding and safety.The main structure of this paper is divided as follows.The first chapter introduces thesituation and development trend of the Electrical Building Technology, as well as hospitaldesign of the power supply system. The second chapter lighting system design, according torelevant regulations and hospital lighting design elements determine the lighting solution;according to the intensity of illumination requirement and control mode, choose lamps andswitches; according to the principle of security convenient and installation specification andstructure to rout and finish draw of lighting and emergency lighting plan.,according to the theengineering load level and power requirements determine the power supply scheme, selectlow-voltage distribution equipment, complete the low-voltage distribution system design anddraw low-voltage distribution system diagram of route. The fourth chapter choice equipmentand wiring, In order to choice wiring and equipment for power distribution system to count ofload capacity, draw distribution box system diagram.The fifth chapter building lightningprotection, grounding and safety. according to the region and building specific circumstancesto determine the lightning protection level, select the lightning protection design andcalculation, complete the design of lightning protection and grounding plan, and according togrounding mode of the special place of hospital, it is described and analyzed to IT system that is an ungrounded neutral point of power. Finally, the full text summarized, make outlook forthe future.
