| The coal gangue as solid waste not only take the land, and will take place complexphysical and chemical effect of self-ignition, weathering and eluviating, which can causepollution to the atmospheric environment and groundwater resources. Coal gangue used inhighway subgrade filling, can save construction cost and reduce pollution, which is benefit foreconomy and society. However, there are not domestic relevant provision on the coal gangueas roadbed filler classification and characteristics of settlement; the purpose of this paper isstudying the subgrade filling material classification and settlement characteristics of coalgangue, so as to provide the reference for the building of coal gangue roadbed. This research relys on the XingFen highway of Hebei Province, mainly carrying out thefollowing research:(1)current situation that using coal gangue as subgrade filler in the wholenation was systematicly investigated and the technical indicators of coal gangue fromdifferent origin were obtained which provide data support for coal gangue gradingstandards.(2) according to the investigation of the technical in dicators of coal gangue whichwas used as subgrade and combined with the demand of existing norms for subgrade fillperformance indicators, grading standards for using coal gangue as subgrade were raised.(3)the observation program of subgrade settlement and construction notes for Xing Fen highwaywhich using coal gangue as subgrade were raised based on its particularity.(4) The finiteelement method was used to calculate the subgrade settlement in different subgrade fillingheight, different edging soil thickness, different degree of compaction and different grounddeformation modulus of Xing Fen highway subgrade, combined with the sensitivity of grayrelational analysis theory, the sensitivity factors of Xing Fen highway subgrade settlementwere also raised.(5)exponential model, the hyperbolic model and growth model wereestablished at each section to estimate the subgrade settlement and the applicability of eachmodel was also evaluated based on the measured data of Xing Fen highway subgradesettlement. |
