In Jianghuai region of our country, t, due to bridge deck pavement being faced withatmosphere and water airport, low temperature at night bridge deck freezes before theroad,The fact that the road is not frozen will lead to the driver misconception of theeasiy-icing bridge deck, so the road that icy condition mutation occurs usually be prone totraffic accidents,called Traffic bottlenecks sections.In urban road bridges, or highwaybridges, the accident because of icing bridge occurred frequently,thus bringing seriousdamage to personal security.Traditional decing technology for example mechanicalremoving method,salt-strawing method takes on the feature of passivity and hysteresis,unable to cope with massive ice bridge. Anti-icing bridge deck pavement technologymaybe hopeful to solve this problem. From the road structure itself, implementing activesafety protection, it helps to delay the icing process of bridge deck pavement,and makegreat importance to the safety and efficiency of traffic.Mainly research content included thefollowing sections:(1)Through the analysis of various factors affecting the bridge deck temperaturefield,the laws of thermal conductivity on the bridge deck temperature were analysed.Thereason of bridge icing before adjacent road was analysed and the surface temperaturedifference.And the mechanism on thermal isolation bridge deck pavement how to defenceon the ice was deeply analysed,the of anti-icing efficiency assessment criteria was putforward.This laid a theoretical foundation for further research on anti-icing system.(2)After the overview on the exisiting thermal conductivity testing method wasdeveloped,in this study the testing method and theory was introducedmassive low thermalconductivity material were collected and reached in this study, its physical and chemicalproperties was introduced,meanwhile by coefficient of thermal conductivity test of thindisk and temperature loss testing,kinds of low conductivity material was sorting.Experimental study on the changing laws of the alsphalt concrete coefficient of thermalconductivity was analysed,under the different kind and dosage of additive agent.. Threefactors three levels orthogonal test was designed, and then contribution of each componentto thermal conductivity was analysed,as a result the the best adiabatic combination was obtained,thus laying a foundation to determine the material composition of adiabaticpavement.(3) The changing laws of diatomaceous earth dosages on the the index of alshpaltsuch as Penetration, softening point and PI were analysed by using the relevant testingmethods. Based on diatomite unique physical and chemical properties, diatomite modifiedasphalt mortar microscopic mechanism was analysed in this paper. mixing ratio designDiatomite modified asphalt mixture was carried out by the Marshall test.And the influencelaws of diatomite dosages on the volume and mechanical indicators of mixture (porosity,volume density and so on)was systemly studied.(4)The material construction rate of low conductivity elastic non-skidding coating isdesigned in the laboratory using the micro table place technology creatively. Experimentalanalysis on the heat insulting effect of the non-skidding coating was developed through theindoor and outdoor experiments,the non-skiding effect of lowing the deck surfacetemperature.
