Asthe platform of the Muslim’s memories and religious activities, the prayer spaces expressrecognize of the Muslim to the Islamic as well as define the new space spirit in the modernlife. Facing to the rapid development of economics, the current status of the prayer spaces arethe “single model”, which losses the spirit because the material elements are higher clustered.The thesis focuses on building the spirit space as well as recognizing the prayer area’sorigin, development and the study of the theory of religion. The paper researches the low ofthe core spirit spaces, which is expressed by the prayer space. The research does not only point outthe thinking method for building the unique religion architecture in Yinchuan, but alsoprovide the new angle to study the religious and cultural constructions of contemporaryChinese cities based on the development of regional and spiritual place.
