Since the emergence of hydraulic drive and control mode, the Machinery equipmentsnow begin to develop from pure mechanical in the past to the direction of Mechanical andelectrical integration of liquid, which is much better and high automatically. At the sametime, the modern hydraulic fault diagnosis technology also keep developing quickly.With the developments of the computer, the industrial testing, the information andcommunication technologies, the monitoring system which depends on the combination ofthese three technologies to use to monitoring of the hydraulic system online also emerges inendlessly. They can test all kinds of the working parameters of the hydraulic system online sothat they can discover the problem of the hydraulic system when it’s working and provide theconditions to repair the fault in time. At the same time, the research of the diagnosis of thehydraulic failure also made a huge development. The theoretical studies such as thereliability theory, the information theory and the control theory, they provide the theoreticalbasis to the diagnosis of the hydraulic failure. Especially since the fifties and sixties, with thedevelopment of the artificial intelligence technology, all kinds of new theories such as fuzzydiagnosis technology begin to combine with the artificial intelligence like the artificial neuralnetworks and created a new filed of the fault diagnosis.This paper’s main work includes the following aspects:(1).It analyzed the characteristics of the modern machinery and equipments’ hydraulic systemfailure, and comes to a conclusion include concealment, interlocking and so on. It alsoprovide a basis to the analyze of the hydraulic failure.(2).It designed the overall plan of the online monitoring of the hydraulic system., anddetermined that the targets of the monitoring are the pressure, the temperature, the traffic ofthe hydraulic system as the basic parameters. At the same time, it designed that the core ofthe hardware which used to build the monitoring module of the expert system is the PCI8360board card, and using the advanced assembly language VB, VC++as the develop software.(3).It designed The overall plan of the diagnostic module as a part of the expert systemdepends on the combination of the hydraulic fault features and modern hydraulic faultdiagnosis theory,including the Knowledge base and the Inference Engine. It also determined to use the Access as the develop software of the Database, and To realize the collection ofreal-time data analysis and fault diagnosis function by the combination of the advancedassembly language VB,VC++and the MATLAB analyze software. At the end, this articledesigned the human-machine interface to realize the system operation conveniently.
