Carousel is currently very state-of-the-art storage and support facilities, and it can store avariety of spare parts, equipment, consumable parts and a variety of tools and testingmeasuring tools, meanwhile it effectively saves storage space, which is the best choice ofwarehouse management modernization. So it is of great significance in the practical of thethree-dimensional warehouse to study the flexibility of the computer management system,develop and deploy efficient, fast, and reliable operating machinery and other equipment, aswell as precise addressing algorithm.Firstly, through the library system of rotation of the Sun East Group conducted a surveyanalysis, I make a conclusion about the basic parameters of the NC rotary library, part of themain mechanical design and manufacturing, automatic control part and the mode of operation.And I also introduce the market prospects of automatic cabinet at home and abroad, and Iestablish a functional model of the warehouse management system. To adapt the systemmodel I design process of the system interface and a library.Secondly I make analysis and comparison about the shape of vertical rotary container,vertical lift container and horizontal rotary container, I also make program design andinnovative design about Vertical Carousel and Horizontal Carousel, as well as the detaileddesign of shape and rotation library mechanical systems.At last I mainly study the automated warehouse addressing the principle of addressingdevices and addressing process; according to the addressing mode of the automatedwarehouse and system algorithm based by relative addressing algorithm, I design a specificoutput, storage addressing stepsand processes, and write PLC ladder program to implementthe algorithm.The application of this method can satisfy the requirements of efficiency and flexible ofthe three-dimensional storage, and provide safe operation guarantee for three-dimensionalstorehouse.
