To adapt the systemmodel I design process of the system interface and a library.Secondly I make analysis and comparison about the shape of vertical rotary container,vertical lift container and horizontal rotary container, I also make program design andinnovative design about Vertical Carousel and Horizontal Carousel, as well as the detaileddesign of shape and rotation library mechanical systems.At last I mainly study the automated warehouse addressing the principle of addressingdevices and addressing process; according to the addressing mode of the automatedwarehouse and system algorithm based by relative addressing algorithm, I design a specificoutput, storage addressing stepsand processes, and write PLC ladder program to implementthe algorithm.The application of this method can satisfy the requirements of efficiency and flexible ofthe three-dimensional storage, and provide safe operation guarantee for three-dimensionalstorehouse.
