High-speed Hydraulic Tamper is efficient and high-energy hydraulic rammingequipment which is designed for reinforcing and loose-laying compaction for the foundation.Most domestic manufacturers use the relay-contactor control system before, but theautomation level and control precision is low. This paper researched on the control system of3tons High-speed Hydraulic Tamper, HHT-3for short, then designed a set of PLC controlsystem with perfect function, advanced technology, friendly human-machine interface, thiscontrol system greatly improves the automatic level and control precision.In this article, firstly the working principle of HHT-3is analyzed, the controlrequirements and overall scheme of HHT-3is obtained, and the principle diagram ofelectronic control system is designed; Secondly the Siemens S7-200PLC is adopted to be thecontroller of this system. Then the key components of the control system is determined andconfigured. Furthermore, the software of this control system is designed, the control programand flow chart is developed, and a set of human-machine interface used a touch screen isdesigned; Finally through debugging the whole system, the feasibility of HHT-3controlsystem is confirmed.
