| Optimized design is carried out on wind turbine tower structure based on geneticalgorithm theory. Firstly, harmonic synthesis of fluctuating wind is simulated withDavenport model in order to ensure the accuracy and applicability of wind speed spectrum,in consideration of the actual situation.Secondly, elaborate analysis is made on the working mechanism of wind turbinetower. The top displacement of the wind turbine tower is calculated under the situation offluctuating wind, in considering the interaction of impeller and the tower and does notconsidering the interaction between impeller and the tower two cases are analyzed. It islearned that when considering the interaction between impeller and the tower, the topdisplacement of wind turbine tower is more close to actual situation. The excitationfrequency of impeller changes constantly when subjected to fluctuating wind. It rangesfrom0.15to0.4Hz by the analysis, which can provide data support for the towerresonance analysis. Research the influence law about the parameter of height to diameterratio and height to thickness on the wind turbine tower natural frequency, know the heightto diameter ratio to be between15and20and also height to thickness to be between2000and5000can reduce the risk effectively of wind turbine tower resonance. The bucklinganalysis is carried out on the design of wind turbine tower to ensure the instability failuredoes not occur. Strength analysis was carried out on wind turbine tower, the maximumstress of the wind turbine tower appeared in the lowest of each section, so it is the weakparts of the wind turbine tower. According to all the analysis results, wind turbine tower iscontrolled by its stiffness.Finally, the wind turbine tower structure is optimized based on the genetic algorithm.The analysis of the optimization result is also carried out. the maximum stress of optimizedtower increased by30.7%, the first-order buckling characteristic value decreased by25%,steel consumption also has decreased obviously before ensuring the tower is safe working. The analysis shows that the optimized wind turbine tower can increase the materialutilization ratio and it can also provide the basis for engineering practice. |
