With the rapid development of our economy the people’s material life level is increasing,the automobile has become a tool for us. The automobile industry is also developingrapidly. The car brings great convenience to our work and life, but in the same time it alsoexacerbate the oil consumption of energy, cause a great impact on the environment, whichrequires us to develop new energy saving and environmental protection car. Therefore,hybrid car emerged, it is currently the best products to achieve energy-saving emissionreduction.In the research of hybrid cars, electric hybrid cars have been quantity production andwidely applied to life. An electric hybrid vehicle can be transformed into each other andkinetic energy between the rise to energy conservation and emission reduction objective byelectricity, but it was limited due to the battery charge, discharge frequency, low powerdensity and cannot be quickly absorb large amounts of power. Hydraulic hybrid vehicle isa form of hybrid, it achieve the purpose of energy saving by conversion between thekinetic energy and pressure. It uses the energy of variable hydraulic pump/motorrecovery during braking, stored in the accumulator, when the vehicle has a demand, therelease of energy storage device of high pressure oil, the driving variable hydraulic pump/motor and drive the vehicle. Due to the pressure accumulator with high energy density,high power density, high recycling rate, long energy storage time, long service life, full-put good features, design and manufacturing technology of each element and hydraulicsystem more mature, work safe and reliable, the difficulty of the whole system is low, it isconvenient for commercial application now, so it has become the hot spot of researchexperts and scholars of various countries.Based on the analysis of hydraulic hybrid vehicles of various types of hydraulic system,puts forward a new type of hydraulic hybrid vehicle, the main research contents are asfollows: 1Design hydraulic systems, and analysis of automobile hydraulic pressure underdifferent working conditions of brake energy recovery system works.2Analysis the automobile brake theory, establish the braking force distributioncoefficient of new front and rear, can recover more braking energy.3Calculate the parameters of the main components according to requirements of thehydraulic system.4Establish models, and simulation analysis was performed according to differentoperating conditions.
