Research On Principle And Case Of Green Open Space In New Rural

With the rapid development of the national urban and rural integration, Green open spacebecomes an integral part of urban residential space. In the new rural construction, the construction ofgreen open space is also closely related to our farmers’ production and living. It also draws more andmore attention of the township governments and the vast majority of rural residents.This article is based on the comparative study of the urban green open space of residential areaand the new rural residential area, including several cases of typical new countrysides which havebeen built or been in planning in north China, central China and south China. Taking the peripheralnatural environment, traffic conditions, economic production and life style, and rural disasterprevention and reduction conditions of these new countrysides all into consideration, the author,from several aspects such as form, function and behavior patterns of the residents, will discuss aboutproblems that the development of Green Open Space is facing during the construction of the newcountryside. Combining the existing relevant standards, laws and regulations, the author putsforward several sustainable use patterns and developing strategies specific to constructions of theGreen Open Space system under different geographic conditions.Altogether the article is divided into4parts. In the first part, the author compares the differentcharacters and basic conditions between urban community and Green Open Space in the newcountryside residential district, and raises the peculiarity of the construction of Green Open Space inthe new countryside residential district to lay the foundation for what will be discussed later. Secondpart is the most important part of the author’s study, which is based on the current situation of theconstruction of Green Open Space in the new countryside residential district under differentgeographic conditions. The author raises the same characters of the construction of Green OpenSpace in the new countryside residential district and unique thinking. In the third part, the authorstudies about clauses in the existing laws and regulations which related to the construction of newcountryside and Green Open Space, in order to provide enough legal basis and technical route. andtalks about superiority, dilemma, opportunities and challenges the construction of new countrysideand Green Open Space may face, on the basis of the former study. The author raises his basicplanning principle of the construction of new countryside and Green Open Space.And the forth partis the conclusion which summarizes the whole article.
