Study On The Planning And Layout Of Xi’an Urban Complex Based On Low Carbon Transportation

The climate changes give big rise to the nature,ecology and social system of theWhole world Climate change has increasingly influenced human life.Carbon Emissionhas been the main reason of the global warming.As one of the three sources of theCarbon Emission,urban transportation became the main target of reducing the CarbonEmission.Our country is going through the stage of fast economic developing,fasturbanizing,over growing carbon emission and the social transformation,so low carbontransportation will be the key way to the development of low carbon traffic system inour country.As we all known,urban transportation has a close relationship with land use.sohow to realize the intensive utilization of city land,it is a primary concern to reachhealthy development,while we can reach city land intensive use through urbancomplex.Urban complex is used to establish an interdependent and valuecomplementary relationship between different function spaces,and coordinate the citylandscape and traffic,thereby forming a composite function,efficient,complex andunified complex,through the blocks,it makes a organic combination with outerspace,and a effective link with traffic system.At last we can make the city spatial valuemore higher,realizing the land of intensive use.and it make the city space intenser andmore balanced. Accompanying the development of urban construction all around the China, thetravel mode and travel need brought by the changing of urban population and cityemployment is also changing. As the new mode of city development and construction,"urban complex"(UC) is widely used in China. However,UC is often designed bybusiness planning agencies today,and the results designed by those agencies are shortof overall analysis from planning perspective. This paper takes Xi’an as anexample,first it make analysis to the current situation of urban complex and SWOTanalysis to the development urban complex in Xi’an, summarizes the problems of Xi’anurban complex.And Then it elaborates planning layout strategy of urban complex andrelated factors from the perspective of low carbon transportation, and determiningweight that these factors impact on the city complex layout, finally,we make singlefactor analysis and multi-factor overlay analysis to the influenced factors of Xi’anurban complex layout, thus proposing the planning layout of Xi’an urban complex andthe idea of implementation.
