As an important part of urban infrastructure construction,urban rain flood controlsystem has played an important role in stains,drainage,flood control。Along with ourcountry urbanization process accelerating,urban population increasing,urban scaleexpanding unceasingly,rain flood system extending continuously,many city floodcontrol and drainage construction can not meet the requirements of urban safety andenvironmental protection,etc,what’s more,all kinds of disasters which occurre in rainflood control system have brought great influence on city’s economic development,people’s life and production,so we need to plan and design urban rain flood controlsystem reasonably。In urban planning,it is difficult to meet the needs of increasinglyrapid development of urbanization for traditional method of flood control planning andrain water project,therefore we need to seek a more scientific and reasonable method ofplanning and designning to resolve all sorts of problems existing in increasinglycomplex urban rain flood system。With rapid development of computer technology,theuse of mathematical model method to resolve the various problems in rain flood controlsystem planning has become more and more attention by all parties。The paper summarizes basic theory of rain flood control system model and introducescompositionof mathematical model of rain ruled out system and application of model。Through analysis and comparison with various of rain flood out of systems existing inthe world,the paper analyzes the applicability of SWMM model in rain flood controlsystem planning,and discusses theory method and step based on simulation of SWMMmodel, which mainly discusses the generalized sub basin modeling, various ofcalculation submodels, basic steps, and each of SWMM model parameters for the law.The paper chooses a typical city in northwest as a study area, considering current situation and future development of the city, land property, terrain features, naturalboundaries (rivers) and underlaying surface form difference, the city will be generalizedand classified six catchment areas, SWMM calculation model is established, andsimulation analysis was carried out on different rainfall catchment areas, the simulationresults can indicate clearly the problems existing in the catchment area of rain flooddischarge engineering, and analysis of each catchment area which drains to the drainage,especially nodes which are produced in heavy rain case cause rain flood damage, theresults can provide reliable optimization scheme for the reconstruction of the urban rainflood engineering。...
