In recent years, with the development of the business IDC, mobile communicationscompany as one of the key business, and increase the investment construction IDC roomto meet in the coming years to accelerate the development of business requirements. Butalong with business and IDC and expansion of the size of the room, the input and outputof mobile communications company business development is also critical. In order tofurther improve the benefit of the IDC business, need to be paid attention to in the futuremore green energy conservation technology, refining and carry out the construction ofadvanced technology for energy conservation in the application and popularization IDC.In the room in the same relative IDC, Shanghai company computer room energyconsumption is low, and the use of cooling air conditioning, leading technology, the cloudof advanced energy conservation technology. On the other hand, this research also will be through the IDCusers type of subdivision, IDC users of computer room construction level, create the most close to the needs of the user configuration, reasonable planning supplementary resourcesand lower investment, improve the utilization rate of computer room IDC and customersatisfaction.To sum up, this study will from the two aspects of energy saving and efficiency,mobile communications company own subjective conditions and Shanghai regionalclimate environment characteristics of the objective conditions, formulate the overall PUEIDC room target, of existing and new IDC room were put forward scientific and feasibleenergy saving plan and configuration, completed the study period room each key energysaving and emission reduction IDC index, to realize the economic benefit and reduce theenergy consumption of the double harvest.
