With the rapid development of mobile conmmunication, base station products becomeincreasingly rich. Especially in the3G network and LTE network, distributed base station becomesmore important, and mobile communication power supply is the essences of the reliable and stableoperation for the system. Traditional centralized supply and distributed power supply is no longer ableto meet the requirements of the new base station, so centralized remote feed DC power supply systemof mobile communication equipment applications. This paper studies the local power resource ofcentralized remote feed DC, it adapts coupled inductors interleaved Boost_LLC topology for meetingthe requirements of wide voltage input and high efficiency. The interleaved Boost converter with coupled inductors has the advantages of zeroreverse-recovery loss of Boost diodes and zero current turn-on of switches in wide voltage input, it isa good candidate for medium-to-high power applications. The half-bridge LLC resonant converter canachieve high enfficiency because the switches realize zero-voltage switching and the rectifier diodescan achieve zero-current-switching in a wide load range. As an optimized DC/DC topology, two-stageconverter always consists of preceding stage for regulation and optimized converter. The precedingstage regulates the output voltage by closed-loop control, which meets the circuit static and dynamiccharacteristics requirements. By optimized design, the efficiency is boosted up in LLC.LLC stage can make up the efficiency brought down by interleaved Boost with coupled inductors,so that an overall high efficiency can be achiveved. The operating principle of interleaved Boost withcoupled inductors and the half_bridge LLC by fixed-frequency control is introduced, and realizing themodules output in parallel and the Man-Machine Interface. The paper gives a detailed circuitimplementation. Finally, a1KW prototype and5modules are fabricated and tested in the lab, and experimentalresults are provided to verify the effectiveness of the two stage converter.
