City traffic is the important part of ensuring the normal operation of city. The important regional city bus station as the traffic space, it is not only a simple waiting space, but also to maintain the important tool, a city functioning so, how city traffic space of good thermal comfort, is the city environmental designers have to face problems. In this paper, different types of bus station of Xiamen city as the research object, research on local specific climate and city spatial structure of the status quo, the thermal environment of the bus station, Xiamen bus station to comprehensively and accurately grasp the outdoor thermal environment conditions. Through the understanding and analysis of the current situation, in order to thoroughly understand the advantages of Xiamen bus thermal environment and problems, on the basis of summarizing experience and puts forward some possible suggestions for the revision of deficiencies, provides the reference for the design personnel later.First of all, through the basic statistics on the typical meteorological data of Xiamen City, summed up the Xiamen City air temperature, solar radiation and wind environment characteristics; distribution of Xiamen city bus station are analyzed, and the main bus station sunshade size on the city of Xiamen were studied, and the main bus station of Xiamen City Beach general rules. There is a very important guidance meaning to the follow-up, ask the shortcomings of relevant theoretical analysis and put forward reasonable suggestions, based on certain.Secondly, in July10,2012and July11,2012two days of four BRT, the bus station of Xiamen city for the typical test research. The measured data and simulated data to make the table more, ignore some external interference factors and human error factors that simulation test, the CFD software test data is reliable, can be used.Finally, simulation of different orientation based on Phoenics bus station, bus station to explore the thermal environment of different orientation, different shading forms, according to the simulation results, combined with the previous research results, put forward its own suggestions and opinions to improve the thermal environment of the platform bus.
