For bridge construction,each of the construction technology can cause a revolution in the world of bridges.The swivel of construction technology of appear,expanded the geographic scope of bridge construction,and created a new bridge ideas——divide the bridge from the middle spans into two half-spans,the half-span structure construction deviating from the axis position,after forming through the swivel system take two half-spans structure swivel in position,closure in the midspan.With the development of the technology of swivel construction, more and more people realize the huge advantage of the technology, Especially in across the busy transport task of existing lines,if we adopt the routine construction method,it will inevitably disturb the traffic order so that the vehicles cannot pass freely and has high rate of risk.In this case,the swivel construction method will play its unique role.This article starts from the technology of constructional control,discussing and researching about the security and stability of swivel about the constructional control of the (70.7+125+70.7)m continuous beam bridge.Firstly,according to the background project and construction sequence,this article analyses the construction process by the finite element simulation calculation exhaustively.According to the sensititivety analysis of structure parameter in the simulation calculation of construction process,the loss of priestess,creep and shrinkage of concrete temperature are studied,and on the basis of this,we propose many advices on the monitoring work.Secondly,this article introduces the swivel construction method of continuous beam and for background engineering rotational structure composition、 the technical standard made detailed instructions,puts forward the matters that should pay attention to during the construction,ensure that the background engineering swivel stability. Thirdly,combined with engineering,introduce the weighing balance test of the swivel construction bridge,give the calculation method of parameters like unbalanced moment、 eccentricity、friction torque and ball hinge friction coefficient.Finally,this article introduces a partly analysis to the swivel construction’s ball hinge.According to the results,also come up with the ideas about how to construct the swivel construction.Although the increase of turning system makes the cost of bridge swivel construction higher,its composite economic indicator is more reasonable.Because of the various infectors which is outside of the bridge structure.In the condition that the density of traffic network in our country continues to grow,its social benefits are obvious for this technology can insure the security and the smooth of the transportation. So, the swivel construction is sure to have a wonderful future in the field of bridge construction.
