Thecirculating water of water loop has many parameters, including the cold andthermal load, outdoor weather conditions, circulating water temperature, how theseparameters affect and decide the circulating water; Wether or not exist the optimalcirculating water and the optimal circulating water; And how about variableflowrate water loop heat pump air-conditioning system energy-saving. In this paper,in view of the above problems, using TRNSYS software to simulate the operatingcharacteristics of WLHP air conditioning system, Compared the energy-saving ofdifferent working conditions for variable flowrate system. Put forward a fuzzycontrol method according to the real-time load forecasting.The paper analysised the mutual influence of building load, water volume andwater temperature, established the proportional coefficient of water volume andbuilding load, and determined the range of ratio factor in different seasons.According to the interaction to decide the optimal circulating water temperature andthe best ratio factor in different seasons. Compared energy-saving of Shanghai,Beijing and Shenyang wihich heat load ratio is1:3,1:2and1:1. Using the force-control configuration software and fuzzy control technology, Proposed fuzzycontrol method of water flowrate according to the real-time load forecasting, andacquireded fuzzy control algorithm.The research for variable flowrate of WLHP air conditioning system in thepractical application and the operation is of great significance. |
