With the development aerospace technology, the performance and reliability ofaircraft have been increased.Commercialization,civilian flight become more and moreusual, for the pursuit of maximum economic benefit, Advanced lightweight compositematerials are more widely used in designing, manufacturing the planes. Consider thecomposite materials not only depend on the material composition, but also depend onthe material structure, the local stress situation is complex, it’s difficult to obtain thematerial properties directly,so as to analysis the overall structure. As the result, areasonable analysis solution is required to accept the design and optimizing oncomposite structures in practical engineering applications, to achieve the pursuit ofeconomic goals."Building block" test as currently more generic validation, optimization theory,using lower level structure to achieve its property and optimization model of the higherlevel structure, then analysis the higher level. Assure the results of complex compositestructures reliabily. So this paper achieve the "Building block" test theory, according tothe specific structural characteristics, using general analysis software Msc.Patran/Nastran, analyze and optimizate the structure.In the specific analysis, this paper start the work by building the following threelevels.(1) component Level Analysis: using matlab plot the blanket curve, in order todetermine the property of the composite material used in the total structure, analyzedcellular deformation, calculated equivalent properties of honeycomb panel.discussing the effect of the honeycomb cell-wall height. and using analysissoftware achieve the accuracy of different simplified sandwich model.(2) structure level analysis: making the exactly mode of the beams and stringers,analyze to achieve the static load and the stability results. optimizate the structureto achieve the greatest yield stress.(3) segment level analysis: Achieve the destroy load from the component LevelAnalysis and the structure level analysis.
