For the advantages of the flexible working amplitude, multi-DOFs telescopiclifting and environmental adaptability, etc, overhead working truck is widely usedin airports, harbors, factories and enterprises, railway construction s, loading andother workplaces. In the process of the third phase of " SGⅢ" of laster device’sinstallation and maintence, the major projects of the country,an aerial equipmentwhich can work in a complex environment with multi-tasking capabilities isneeded. Looking at the current market, all kinds of general aerial equipments areunable to meet the operational needs of the project; this thesis designed a specialaerial equipment for the actual needs of the project, according to the complexenvironment within shooting range, and made the analysis of its statics anddynamics.Firstly, according to the complex environment of the rang and the needs of theactual task, the specific design of the overhead truck was determined; By using theanalogous design method, the thesis planned the basic components of the vehiclesand determined the use of mix-jib system as the main aerial vehicles working body.The thesis also completed the design of the hydraulic system for the overallprogram design. Secondly, according to the overall program design, the thesiscompleted the detailed design for the corresponding mechanisms and structures.Using the three-dimensional design software Pro/E, a virtual prototype of themixing-jib aerial equipment was generated, and made the theoretical calculationsand checking for the work safety space of the three-dimensional model for theoverhead truck.A high demand is made on safety, strength, stiffness and stability for theequipment, because of the high level of equipment working environment. Thethesis used general-purpose finite element software ANSY S, established amulti-condition finite element model by mixing unit and finished the check ofstrength, stiffness and stability, all of which provide the strong basis forsubsequent optimization design; For the overhead truck needed to complete jobtasks with staffs. From the perspective of ergonomics and safety, the systerm hasspecial requirements for the natural frequency. And due to the continuous orrandom effect of the external loads, much higher requirements of dynamics wereput forward to the device. Through the modal of the typical conditions, this thesisgot the corresponding natural frequencies and mode shapes of the working truckfirstly, which played a guiding role for the subsequent improvement and optimization of the work vehicle. The dynamic analysis of the working truck hasbeen done through the equivalent element method of the dynamics modelingsecondly.
