Research On The Management System Of Internet Of Things About New Energy Application In Intelligent Building

For making use of traditional energy sources and green renewable energy sourcesreasonably，Intelligent Building should add solar system，geothermal system，wind energysystem and other new energy systems，which could be one part of Building ManagementSystem， reduce energy consumption，and make the application of new energy moretransparency and reasonable.Nowadays，with Internet of Things（IOT） and “smart energy”，it defined the directionof development of Intelligent Building in the future，especially in energy management. EnergyManagement System of Intelligent Building will be one part of“smart city”，not be limited tosingle building or an isolate park.It is blank that application of new energy sources is used inenergy management system of Intelligent Building，therefore，this paper study the applicationof IOT in new energy management system of Intelligent Building.First，study the utilization of solar, geothermal and wind energy in Intelligent Building，and analysis the strengths and weaknesses of the existing new energy application system.Second，classify new energy application system based on the function，and analyze themonitoring requirements of each application system，in order to improve the designing ofeach system，then integrate new energy monitoring system into Building ManagementSystem.Third，study the data access of IOT and Building Management System based on threecharacteristics of IOT，then make sure the service of the system could provide for users，according to analyzing the application needs.Finally，design the new energy management system based on the “Feeling” platform，which provide theory foundation for energy management of “smart city”.
