Conveyor belt bearing bracket is one of the main structure. Belt conveying of bulkmaterials as an important device with uniform continuous conveyor, high productionefficiency, stable and reliable operation, low running costs, in the industrial field of transporthas been widely used. In recent years, long-haul, high belt speed, large-capacity, high-powerbelt conveyors are commonly used in making increasing force, belt holder vibration problemsexposed. However, due to the special structure conveyor belt bracket for the vibrationproblem is not yet systematic research, unable to learn and apply new structural design ofreinforcement and repair of existing structures. While for structural vibration controlproblems generally tend to reinforce the traditional method, conveyor belt support structuredesign, there is no specific construction requirements and design recommendations.Therefore, the belt bracket vibration control issue has become an urgent problem.In this paper, Shaanxi Coal Mining Group Co., Ltd. Shenmu Hongliulin coal within thecoal storage field trestle conveyor support for the study, carried out focused on the followingaspects of work: its dynamic characteristics and dynamic response of the test; using finiteelement analysis program SAP2000for its dynamic characteristics and dynamic responsesimulation analysis. Experimental and numerical results show that the structure of thevibration response exceeds the vibration allowable value and therefore made to control thestructure of a larger transformation of vibration displacement response measures, reinforcedstructure to good effect.In the dynamic characteristics test, the main test of the belt support structure loadoperating conditions in the dynamic characteristics and dynamic response, Dynamiccharacteristics of the structure by testing, analysis of its natural frequency and forcedvibration frequency. Through dynamic response analysis, not only can get each measuringpoint load operating conditions in the amplitude of the response, you can also indirectlydetermine the structure of the load operating conditions of the exciting force characteristics.In the dynamic characteristic analysis, belt support structure for a certain degree ofsimplification, and establishing the actual belt support structure space model. Consider the adjacent belt bracket on structures, modal analysis obtained through the belt holder eachmode information, including the type of mode shapes, modal frequencies and mode shapes ofthe mass participation factor. Meanwhile, through theoretical calculations and experimentalresults of comparative analysis to verify the reasonableness of mechanical model tounderstand the vibration reasons, to seek solutions.Finally, to address the power equipment running belt holder vibration problems,proposed three corresponding reinforcement scheme. Through analysis and comparison ofcalculation, application additional columns supporting bracket method, the structure of thevertical vibration displacement control played a good role for the existing Vibration controland belt holder belt support structure designed to be built to provide a reference.
