In this paper we dissertate the common structure cross forms and excavating methods ofhighway double-arc tunnel home and abroad at the first part, and study common simulationmethods of tunnel construction afterwards. Discusses the application of elastic-plastic model planecarried on the tunnel construction process simulation system of common method. Based onorthogonal test design,studied the effect on displacement by the physical and mechanicalparameters, analysis the double multiple-arch tunnel mechanics character parameters’sensitivity,draw the conclusion that the sensitive degree to stress influence of lining by large tosmall is elastic modulus, stick together force, internal friction Angle and poisson’s ratio. Andsimulation the three kinds of excavation method which most commonly used in practicalengineering, Analyses their surrounding rocks and supporting forced deformation regular pattern,concluded that the Ⅲ level of surrounding rock stress can be used without construction method,Ⅳ level of surrounding rock stress method can be used three pilot drift method and middle pilotdrift method, Ⅴ level should be adopted three pilot drift method. Drift symmetric constructionscheme is better than one Side first construction,three pilot drift scheme symmetric excavation isbetter than one Side first construction.
