Tunnel lining concrete is more likely to crack and loose under the inclementhydrogeology condition and climate characteristics in the western region. It will lead to thedurability peoblems, such as cracking, leakage and freeze-thaw damage. Therefore, we needto develop a new antiseepage and anticrack compound admixture to prevent the tunnel liningfrom cracking and leakage.The paper puts forward the main components of the antiseepage and anticrack compoundadmixture. They are A component, B component, C component and D component based onantiseepage and anticrack mechanism of cement concrtet. We study the composition of thecompound admixture by means of orthogonal experimental design. We find that thecomponents of compound admixture are adaptable to cement and they are adaptable to eachother through fluidity test of net pulp. According to intuitive analysis of performance testresults of compound admixture mortar, we get the primary-secondary order of effect factors ofmechanical strength, crack resistance and impermeability. At the same time, we find that themixing amount of every component in compound admixture have influence on theseproperties of mortar. On the basis of results of orthogonal experiment and analysis of theory,the best level combination is A1B1C3D3. It is the preferred scheme through experimentalverification. The composition proportion of antiseepage and anticrack compound admixtureFSL is that A component: B component: C component: D component is equal to90:700:2:1.Study the influence of compound admixture FSL on the concrete performance bymechanical strength, crack resistance, impermeability, and antifreezing test. The researchshows that compound admixture FSL can improve the performance of anticrack,impermeability, and antifreezing effectively. At the same time, it has no unfavorable influenceon mechanical strength of concrete basicly. Compared with PFSL and TFSL compoundadmixture, FSL compound admixture has outstanding performance. It can meet theapplication requirement of tunnel concrete structure in the western region.
