The proportion of bituminous pavement accounts in the urban road is becoming increasingly high.The temperature of the bituminous pavement is much higher than that of green lands in summer.Exorbitant heat storage not only can cause the high temperature disease of pavement, but also the heataccumulated in the interior road enables the road surface temperature to be higher than that of the airin summer, which influences the improvement of the living condition seriously.The upper space temperature field of the low-heat accumulation asphalt mixture pavement wasstudied in this paper. The asphalt test samples mixed with infrared powder were made according to thepredetermined mixture ratio, the temperature change rule and the temperature field distribution werestudied through the temperature measurement system assembled voluntarily.In the experiment, infrared powder was chosen to replace the ore by equivalent volume of6%and12%. The specimens were made according to mixture ratio and a temperature measurement systemwas designed. The data contrast between the infrared briquette and ordinary ones indicates that, as tothe wheel rut test samples mixed with6%infrared powder, the increased temperature is0.79℃and0.72℃less than that of ordinary ones at the height of1m and2m, and as to the wheel rut test samplesmixed with12%infrared powder, the heating rate drops as well. When arriving at the balancetemperature, the decreased temperature of the infrared heat radiation asphalt is1.9℃and1.14℃morethan that of ordinary ones at the height of1m and2m. After cooling for half an hour.A near-surface temperature field model was established with parameters and boundary conditionsset up to carry on the computation analysis.When equilibrium temperature is the same, two kind ofmixture of each high temperature has dropped. Along with the increase of from ground level, over theroad the temperature change of the trend to soften.When the equilibrium temperature is different, thetemperature over the road each with its rise and rise.Finally, a comparative analysis was carried outbetween the theoretical temperature distribution rule and experimental data to make them verifymutually. Theoretical and experimental values are basically the same which proved infrared powdercan reduce the temperature over the road.According to the agglutination of the radiation powder components of three designed formula andthe test results of the infrared spectrum emissivity, the preliminary enhancement experiment wascarried out. Through comparing and analyzing the influence of the different component in the formulaon the performance of the agglutination of the radiation powder specimen, it can be concluded thatunder the designed test condition, three formula mixed with the reaction sintering and happen.The reaction sintering has a good doping effect by changing radiant powder sintering raw thing phasestructure and mineral composition.
