New batteries are researched to meetincreasingly requirements with development of new materials and electrochemistry.Lithium-ion battery was mass produced and widely used in transportation, computer,aerospace, military and other fields by form of group. Therefore, in order to improvelithium-ion batteries pack’s performance, except continuously improve lithium-ionbattery production technology and it’s performance, but also improve and enhancetechnology of battery test and provide a good feedback for lithium-ion battery group anddevelopment of battery cells.In this paper, a test-screening system for soft-packaging lithium-ion battery singlecell internal pressure was designed. First, select the AMP20as a sample in this study, it isassume that the pressure value inside the battery case in Ansys software (relative pressurevalues) and gradually add pressure values in a range and obtained corresponding tobattery case in the form of variables and obtain lithium-ion battery case side of the centerof length×width maximum deformation occurs. Using reverse way deduced case ofbatteries and internal pressure deformation as a function, and calculates the volume ofgas inside the battery case. Establish a theoretical basis for an entire system.Voltage values output by sensor are proportional to the distances in range,distances between the sensor and case which located on the conveyor belt was measured,case deformations are obtain according to established function between the internal gaspressure of the battery and storage the dates.Setting the battery internal pressure limit value, voltage is less than a set value, thecomputer output signal and drive the movement the battery away from slide and reachedfilter purposes. Large quantities of batteries under the smaller impact are screenedquickly and effectively by the control of operating time and movement speed of rodlesscylinder.
