Bridge pier use method of integral precasting and assembling which can improvethe quality and speed of construction, which is also a new technology used in the processof bridge construction. Hong kong-zhuhai-macao cross-sea bridge, is the longestcross-sea bridge in the world in the process of construction at present, the pier of thenavigable section of the bridge will use construction plan of segmental precasting in theland and erecting and assembling at sea; the maximum weight of section is2800t,similar removing prefabricated pie of large tonnage and large volume of the project willbecome a important part in the process of bridge construction. Taking removing ofprefabricated pier of CB04blocks of hong kong-zhuhai-macao sea-crossing bridge as theresearch object,the paper comprehensively research several technology of design andanalysis of prefabricated process, scheme of removing, the key equipment of removingand maritime transportation and so on, the paper carry out the work detailed in thefollowing aspects:1.Particularly summarized the main methods of removing of large-tonnage bricks atpresent and application of removing of large bricks at home and abroad,describedtechnical features in the process of moving and transportation of large-tonnage bricks atpresent and applications of construction equipment.2.Studied the production process of precasting concrete of the large tonnage pier,focused research mix proportion design of raw materials of Marine engineering concreteof high strength and durability and the construction scheme of turning model of pier. Inthe process of research of Mix design, analysis and comparison which by a series of testdata show that the mixture ratio of high performance concrete of Marine engineering cancomply with the requirements of mechanics performance of C50concrete of precastingpiers and caps of hong kong-zhuhai-macao bridge.3.According to design features of precasting pier and beam field of CB04bid, putforward construction site layout and transportation plan of land of precast bridge piersand caps, and studied track and slide design of shipment scheme, satisfying therequirements of ongitudinal and transverse moving pier on land and construction period,etc.4.For removing of three type of pie on land, the paper make finite elementsimulation and analysis of structure stress of removing equipment in different removedcondition by using ANSYS of finite element software, make it satisfy requirements ofthe enginering safety from analysis of the strength and stiffness of transport equipment、 global stability of equipment and piers in the process of moving.5.Studied maritime transport scheme and erection process of the piers ofHongkong-zhuhai-macao bridge;put forward the key technology of maritime transportand indicators of analysis of calculation...
