The induction heating power uses the phenomenon of electromagnetic inductionof alternating current in the conductor to a heat treatment of metal workpieces, anduses non-contact heating method. This method is low limit on the shape of the heatedworkpieces, the high accuracy of the temperature control and easy to operate at thesame time. The operating environment is good, and the noise pollution is also less.With efficient, energy-saving, low pollution advantages in industrial production, theinduction heating power is in a wide range of applications and has become a hot topicof research in the field of modern power electronics, now is toward the direction ofhigh-frequency, high-capacity development. This paper researches high-frequencyinduction heating power, mainly includes the following:For not controlled or semi-controlled rectifier supplied by conventional inductionheating power exists some serious shortcomings, such as line power factor and lowharmonic pollution, In this paper, the high-frequency induction heating power uses athree-phase PWM rectifier, designs hysteretic current control mode, and build asimulation model to this control method. The simulation results show that thethree-phase voltage-type PWM rectifier way can improve the power factor of thenetwork side, sine the network side of the current and enhance the efficiency of therectifier.Induction heating power supply more uses a traditional PID controller to powercontrol, this controller is simple and does not require precise mathematical model ofcontrolled object to achieve good performance of the control system, but difficult toadjust the real-time online shortcomings for nonlinear systems parameters. So thispaper designs a single neuron PID controller, which combines the advantages of theneural network and the traditional PID controller, has a strong self-learning ability.After simulation, experiments prove that this controller has good adaptive capacity,and good power conditioning effect.Conventional induction heating power commonly uses analog control, controlprecision, flexibility and reliability is not high enough. In response to the digitizedcontrol the crowd, dsPIC30F6010chip is selected to achieve the digital control of thepower system as a whole. To adjust the power supply output power, the loadfrequency is tracked at the same time, so that the circuit is more streamlined, reliable,and high power factor of the load.
