The Structure Design And Dynamic Analysis Of The Aircraft Fuel System Simulation Turntable

With the rapid development of aircraft and missiles,which require higher performance and stability, it is necessary to measure their performance parameters assessment and than to improve them.But it cost too high to use a real airplane or a missile to carry out the test.We can’t and are not necessary to use a real airplane or a missile to do it, we must to adopt some of the more reasonable experimental device to achieve the flight status of the aircraft or missile,so the aricraft ground test simulation turntable is developed.The turntable can place objects to test also can be used to train pilots, because it can simulate the flight posture of the aircraft in the air.With the appear of turntable,we not only can collect the parameters of the aircraft or missile,but also can reduce the costs.It is very important for the developing of the airplanes and missiles.This research focuses on structure design and the static and dynamic analysis of the aircraft fuel system simulation turntable.This research firstly studies the dynamic design process and method for mechanical structure,computing method of main load,which includes gravity load, inertial load, frictional load and load synthesis.And then selective criteria and method for drive devices and drive manlier are studied,in which, hydraulic drive is compared with electrical drive,direct drive is compared with indirect drive.It is described for mechanical structure of simulator and methods of design and process to guarantee performance of simulator.The facts influencing simulating precision are studied,which include pointing error,rate stability error.Three—dimensional solid model of simulator is created and motional simulating is implemented by using CATIA.It illustrates that there is no intervene and motional performance is fine.Then,through the static and dynamic calculation is made on the turntable. The design scheme of turntable can be evaluated by solutions of the analysis.
