With the continuous growth of the air traffic flow,various statistical data shows the growingflight delays.Through the research of the capacity of the multi-runway airport,we can not only findout the limit capacity bottlenecks, put forward the method of enhanced capacity,and improve theefficiency of the traffic,but also can greatly improve and enhance the national air traffic systemservice ability.In this paper, through the multi-runway airport operation environment research, thisarticle studies the single runway, parallel double track, close parallel double parallel to the runway,three parallel to the runway, more than four track and cross track and so on the many kinds of runwaycapacity model in the case of configurations and cited examples analysis, at the same time, throughthe comparative analysis of different runway under the article number of the runway capacity andutilization, and puts forward several methods to increase capacity, and designs anoptimizationalgorithmto raise the utilization rate of capacity.In the first place,this article elaborated the airport runway system, aircraft into and leave process,the concept of the airport and runway capacity, factors influencing the airport and runway capacity,etc., coming to the conclusion-the runway capacity is the key of airport capacity constraints.Thenanalyze various runway configurations and running mode, and the influence of each operation modeon the runway capacity, studied the double parallel and close double runway capacity model, focuseson discussing the three parallel runway capacity evaluation model, and considering the track throughthe problem.Based on the analysis above, using the capital airport to verify the feasibility of themodel.Finally by improving some of existing air traffic rules, traffic control hardware and softwareequipment, update existing reasonable arrange flights, reasonable collocation model and so on todiscuss how to enhance more runway capacity and how to improve capacity utilization under thegiven capacity.Through the establishment of more runway flight in sorting model to improve theutilization rate under the condition of limited capacity and on the basis of discrete particle swarm intotabu search algorithm to optimize the model, using MATLAB simulation technology to verify thestability and real-time of the algorithm. |
