This topic mainly realizes auto exhaust heat energy to electrical energy conversion.Mainly by thermoelectric converter and after level dc converter constitute subsequently jointbattery and load. After level dc converter will produce electricity convert to meet therequirements of power supply, according to the battery need to do booster or step-downtreatment, thus to battery charging. In order to exhaust gas utilization and energy conservationand environmental protection goal.This topic for the auto thermoelectric use the hot problems in history and summarizedthe domestic and foreign automotive thermoelectric application and the status quo, choose theBuck cascade Boost main circuit structure. And from the circuit model, this paper establishesa circuit model, we study the disturbance observation of MPPT load mutation miscarriage ofjustice the phenomenon, and through the experiments verify the theoretical analysis.Based on the Buck cascade Boost circuit design the digital single-phase thermoelectricconverter, using seamless type transfer maximum power point tracking control technology,and to make a thermoelectric generating set in the integrated car battery and vehicle load atthe same time, to maximize the energy. Power converter can work in two different modes:1)the maximum power point tracking (MPPT) mode2) power matching (PM) model. In thesingle phase thermoelectric converter basis, also has designed two phase staggered parallelthermoelectric converter. To achieve reduce current ripple, improve work efficiency, and soon purpose.Finally, built full digital control three phase alternating parallel control experimentplatform, using DSP digital control to realize maximum power tracking and power matching,and can be in these two kinds of mode flexible switching. Through the experiments verify thefeasibility and the superiority of the control strategy.
