| With the development of technology, aeroengines should to satisfied the requirements of long flying time, high reliability, heavy caused by overload and power off. Although the electromagnetic bearings could satisfied the requirements of long flying time and high reliability, it will lose bearing capacity and cause the engine to out of work, which is the devastating disaster of the aeroengine, while the overload or power off happened. Application of auxiliary bearings is the common solution to provide the overloads and power off.According to the requirements and the key technologies of auxiliary bearing,the design scheme,including bearing materials, lubrication and structures, was selected in this paper. And then, all of the bearing parameters were designed considering the dynamics and thermal analysis for6206bearing, and the comprehensive analysis was achieved to get the best working conditions. On the condition of overloads and power off, the contact force and pressure between rolling element and rings, the ratio of revolution to rolling and the slide ratio of cage were analyzed. Meanwhile, the bearings life were calculated. Considering the impact of20kN on the condition of power off, the mass center motion of rolling element, impacts between cage pockets and rolling elements were analyzed, and the results shown that the impact on the bearings is not pass the loads capacity limit of that auxiliary bearings.According to the working characteristics of high-temperature, high-speed, self-lubricating and the structural requirements, several lubrication materials were researched and WS2is selected finally. The tribological experiments of WS2film is finished based on the detail working conditions. The results indicate that the tribological properties and character of oxidation resistance both are better than that of other widely-used self-lubricating materials such as MoS2, DLC and so on. |
