With the application of steel bar truss slabs in the steel structure housing gradually,although there is no threat to the safety of the entire structure of the system by the vibrationof the balcony slab, it has affected the normal life of people, thus vibration of the terraceslab by steel bar truss and concrete gradually becomes an issue of concern.In order to study vibration comfort of the balcony slab by steel bar truss and concrete,based on the summary about domestic and foreign research of the floor vibrationperformance, six different types of balcony slabs have been made to study the affection ofcantilever length, spacing of studs, thickness of the slab and other conditions aboutvibration of balcony slab. The experiment is divided into two parts. The first part is thestatic load was carried on the floor and we got the vertical displacement. The second part isa dynamic environmental test. Natural frequencies of the floor and acceleration arecollected by loading different dynamic actions. Though the comparison of collected data,we can find the regular pattern about the influence of thickness of the slab,stud spacing andthe length of cantilevered balcony plate vibration comfort investigated on the vibration ofthe balcony slab.Using the finite element analysis software ANSYS to make static and modal analysisabout the vertical displacement and frequency of the balcony slab. The finite elementanalysis is so similar to the results of the experiment that we could consider finite elementsimulation as the means to predict the vibration of the balcony slab by steel bar truss andconcrete.The experiment and the finite element analysis have shown that vibration comfort ofthe balcony slab by steel bar truss and concrete is related to the thickness of the slab, theratio between the stiffness of the balcony slab and cantilevered beam. So establish a seriesof new models, to study the vibration comfort of the balcony slab by steel bar truss andconcrete.Through the new finite element model of the vertical displacement and frequencyanalysis we find it is effective to use the classic structure of the cantilevered beam to studythe vibration comfort of the balcony slab by steel bar truss and concrete. Due to the impactof the cantilevered beam and the ratio of cantilever length to the clamped edges length, it isrequired a influence coefficient of vertical displacement to correct vertical displacement of the balcony slab, as for frequency, the influence of concrete cracking and other factorsshould be considered. The author put forward the correction formula to calculate thedeflection and frequency of the balcony slab by steel bar truss and concrete.
