Abstract/Summary:
Thanks to rapid development of China’s economy.more and more complicatedspatial structure have emerged in China.But Complicated structure often needsbetter joint form connection.Traditional joints can no longer meet today’s big span,heavy load structure requirements. Cast steel joint emerge at this time.It has somany advantages,including: good integrity, high strength, and for a wide range.Ithas been widely used in recent years.Paper through the full scale model tests and finite element analysis of Y-typecast steel joints in West Nanchang Railway Station. Mechanical performance wasresearched under bidirectional moment and axial force. analysis of the entire nodestress distribution can be knew.Comparing the test results and the calculatedcontrast showed that: Workbench software can simulate the cast steel joint by thedutch state very well. West Nanchang Y-type cast steel joint was safe and reliable.Article establish the ststic nonlinear finite element analysis byWorkbench.analysis and comparion was made to know the difference of the bearingcapacity between the two kind joints. And further analysis was also took to knowhow moment affect the cast steel joint by ultimate bearing capacity.the resultshowed that: the presence of rainwater pipes affected the bearing capacity of thecast steel joint very little. the presence of moment affected the ultimate axialbearing capacity largely.Finally, the node analysis of orthogonal test, analyzed the difference of effectof each parameter on load-carrying capacity limit. The orthogonal test resultsshowed that: different structural parameters of the bearing capacity of the ultimatecontribution degree each are not identical, influence of the branch pipe wallthickness, the wall thickness of the pipe, and the intersection of the chamfer is inthe third position, and the branch pipe and water pipe chamfer is minimal impact.In the design of Y node, reasonable allocation of these parameters, positiveadjustment, in order to ensure the performance of nodes at the same time, improvethe economy of the cast steel join...
