Urban Road Noise Prediction And Landscape Of Control Technology Research

With the economic growth, people’s living standards improve, the rapid development of urban transport, a substantial increase in motor vehicles, urban traffic noise pollution problems become more apparent. Traffic noise is the main sources of environmental noise in the city, which is characterized by a wide range of effects, disturbed many people, seriously affecting the normal life of urban residents, endanger human health, gradually attracted people’s attention, is more sensitive to the problems of society world. Papers in Chongqing urban road traffic as the research background, hazards to make a series of studies about the noise generation mechanism, urban road traffic sources.In this paper, the United States federal highway traffic noise prediction model (FHWA),"standard of highway construction project environmental impact assessment"(JTG B03-2006) and "environmental impact assessment technical guideline sound environment"(HJ-2009-2.4)’s highway traffic noise prediction model parameters were analyzed. Then choose chongqing airport high-speed, minxinjiayuan road, jinkai avenue, jintong road, south coast road and so on urban expressway, as the main research object, on the road characteristics and road traffic noise has carried on the on-the-spot investigation. And by using the above three kinds of traffic noise prediction model for the selected road traffic noise prediction, were analyzed and predicted and the measured values, select the optimal model, and on this basis, the selection of prediction model for correction, get adapted to the chongqing urban road traffic noise prediction model, and urban road in chongqing road slope and road planning a series of Suggestions were put forward.With the "environment-friendly" philosophy of continuous in-depth and continuous improvement of people’s aesthetic ideas, people on noise control measures put forward higher requirements landscape. This article from the control noise source, noise propagation path control, engineering technology, analysis of legal regulations existing road traffic noise control measures.
