Nowadays, the Road Transportion is the most important infrastructure in our country.According to related survey data statistics and analysis, asphalt pavement has been inthe proportion of up to nearly90%in our country’s built highways. The design life ofthe Asphalt Mixture Pavement is15years or so. Therefore there are lots of highwayswhich have been in the time of large repair at prsent. And out of question, there aremore and more built highways which are needed to be repaired from now on. Becauseof large and medium-sized repair of highway, it will produce large mounts of wasteasphalt mixture, which is not only to need enough area to be piled up, but also willcause serious environmental pollution. Recycling waste asphalt mixtures become anurgent to need to be solved problem, which also has significant economic and socialbenefits.Based on the research on the recycling technology of low carbon emissions wasteasphalt concrete material, this article studies and describes key quality management andquality control measures aiming at RAP materials variability in the Central PlantRecycling Process.The quality control of the Central Plant Recycling Process Plant is the process qualitycontrol. Firstly, this article studies the theories and methods of quality managementadapted to the Central Plant Recycling Process. And it proposes the"Improvement ofsmall batch production pre-control diagram" method to determine all the old materialblending proportion in reference material synthesis process link. At the same time, itanalyzes the key performance of recycled mixture to judge whether the regenerationmixture quality keeps stability by using the average and poor control chart (X R) ofconventional control chart.Secondly, according to the basic principle of causality diagram, analysis the impactson the quality of the recycled mixture from raw materials, process, and machine,environment and worker five aspects. And mainly researches the impacts on the qualityof the recycled mixture when the RAP performance changes by using the orthogonalexperiment.Third, specifically analysis variation of the RAP performance and the cause ofvariation based on the research about recycling technology of low carbon emissionswaste asphalt concrete material. Fourth, it proposes some quality management measures and quality control methodsto eliminate or reduce the RAP performance variation based on the Central PlantRecycling industrial production process. And it carries on the empirical research.This article is based on the Chongqing highway as the main object of study.According to the features of the climate in Chongqing and standard of《ClimateDivisions of the People’s Republic of China》, Chongqing belongs to1-3-2area. Namely,humid, hot summer and cold winter zone. As a result, it requires that the recycledmixture has better high temperature stability performance. This article seizes the keypoints and carefully studies to hope that it would have a certain reference and guidancesignificance on Central Plant Recycling technology in the large or medium-sized repairof Chongqing’ highway.
