With the continuous development of arch bridge construction technology and the innovation of the concrete material strength,600m long-span Bridges will no longer consider only the steel arch bridge, cable-stayed bridge and suspension bridge, concrete arch bridge should be give enough attention.This article summarizes the development of long-span reinforced concrete arch bridge at home and abroad, analyzes the rise-span ratio, the shape of arch-axis, arch construction on the arch, construction technique, aero-static stability and aseismatic function for the influence of the main arch section design. With reference to the existing more than600m long-span arch bridge design data, and combining the long-span cable-stayed bridge and suspension bridge after considering the wind resistance, wind girder using flat with the section shape of the present situation, proposed the main arch section of600m super-span reinforced concrete arch bridge adopts hexagon cross section and part of the cross section form of trial design. Mainly has carried out the following research work:(1) Collect the design or design data of built long-span reinforced concrete arch bridge, summarized on the analysis of the arch construction, rise-span ratio and the type of arch axis for the main arch cross-section stress and the influence of its distribution rule, make sure a set of reasonable arch construction, arch rise-span ratio and the axis type.(2) According to determine the arch construction, arch rise-span ratio and the axis type, design the main arch section of600m super-span reinforced concrete arch bridge with the large analysis software Ansys, get the coefficient arch-axis,variable cross-section method, the scope of section size and the cross section parameters on the influence of the main arch. Results show that the larger coefficient of arch axis is favorable for optimization of variable cross-section; Part of the variable cross section is more advantageous than the variable cross-section of the whole bridge for The stress of the main ring; Adopt arch deformation and volume of the product as the main arch ring of the objective function of the optimal design is feasible. (3) According to the optimized results, select a set of variable cross-section method and the reasonable section size, carries on the rationality analysis, seismic response spectrum analysis, aerostatics stability,stability analysis.The results show that the test is designed to meet the requirements.
