From enriched uranium isotopic to manufactured fuel element manufacturing, nuclear material, nuclear waste disposal, supervision and identification,235U/238U isotope ratio measurement is an important link. The research of235U/238U isotope ratio also plays an important role in nuclear safeguard.This article is mainly divided into two parts:The first part outlines the basic principle of reactor neutron activation analysis method, steps and the fast neutron of reactor induced238U fission interfere with235U fission are discussed. Reactor neutron activation analysis ko method is used to measure the natural uranium235U/238U isotope ratios, it proves that the k0,Au fiss values of fission products103Ru,141Ce,143Ce can be trusted. Reactor neutron activation analysis comparison method measured the mixture samples of235U/238U isotope ratios.The second part summarizes the basic principle and the components of the system of the delayed neutron measurement technology, and it is proved that the delayed neutron measurement technology was used to measure the content of235U is reliability by experiment, and the detection limit of measuring the content of U is better than the0.0146μg.Then we conclude that the delayed neutron measuring system is a kind of high sensitivity, rapid and accurate quantitative method to measuring the content of235U. Combining with neutron activation analysis to measure the content of238U from samples can be with the method of get235U/U238isotope ratios. This is a technology of non-destructive and rapid to measure235U/U238isotope ratios.
