According to the standard GB/T1715.211-2006:Electricity Metering Equipment (AC)-General Requirements, Tests and Test Conditions-Part11:Metering Equipment, the test equipment and test method in EMC test of immunity to conducted disturbances are similar. They all need to use meter testing bench, but the source and error processor will get the influence of conducted disturbances inside the system. The error daps and halted-system sometimes makes it impossible for testing to work normally.In view of this problem, testing system for the energy meter EMC test with load use the filter technique to control the conducted interferences inside the system, so the meter testing bench can do the test in a normal and reliable way.The main work and research results:1. System development:According to the research of the testing mechanism, we analyze the signal characteristics and the interference pattern, we find the interference source and pathway, finally we decide to use filter technique to control the conducted interferences inside the system. Therefore, we use simulation software simulate the filter circuit, and produce the power filters.2. System shakedown test and verification:According to a lot of tests, we find the filter has many differences between practical application and theoretical. So from the electromagnetic compatibility inside the system, we improve the test arrangement and filter parameters, combining the theory with practice, so as to improve the test system. Finally the system meets the requirements of test.3. System reliability verification:We do a lot of tests of different types of energy meters from different manufacturers; we also use different signal generators. After a long time of testing, we finally confirm this system is stable and reliable.4. The completed system includes (Electrical fast transient/burst immunity, immunity to conducted disturbances, induced by radio-frequency fields, oscillatory waves immunity.) signal generators, meter testing bench, power filters and impulse circuit filter.Compared with tests available at present, the advantage of this system is that power filters are used to line filtering. It enables meter testing bench always do the test normally during the EMC test; this system can do the EMC test in active态reactive and heavy current load. During the test, stability of voltage and current can be assured. The deviation of measuring energy meter base error is small. It improves accuracy of the experiment result.
