With the continuous development of scientific materials and manufacturing techniques, the rotating machinery is moving towards the development of high-performance, which makes mechanical sealing technology become more high-class and complex. Besides,in the need of environmental protection, the innovative mechanical sealing and practical performance requirements have become more sophisticated, which needs higher requirements for sealing stability, reliability and longevity. However, the traditional mechanical sealing technique is difficult for people to achieve the above requirements, so it is necessary to make researches and developments of new types of mechanical sealing device to meet the needs of industrial production and special circumstances, it is also necessary to require new theories new technologies and new materials as a support urgently. With the rapid development of electronic technology, magnetic materials, control engineering and other disciplines, the magnetic field with excellent performance has been of great concern. It has great developments and application prospects.This dissertation presents the application of magnetic force non-contacting mechanical seals, sealing principles introduced by the icon on the end faces of the forces.The calculation of the characteristic parameters and electromagnetic force of the fluid film is presented. According to the characteristics of fluid dynamics and the Navier-Stokes equations (N-S), the dissertation gets the results of parallel plane gap membrane pressure, bearing capacity, leakage liquid film parameters. According to the basic theory of the electromagnetic field, this dissertation analyzes and compares the numerical calculation method and the circuit method of the two magnetic induction, as well as virtual displacement method and Maxwell stress method calculation of the electromagnetic force, which derives the magnetic flux density and the calculation formula of electromagnetic force.The sealing structure design contains the controlling system of sensors, controllers, power amplifier selection, the selection, the design of the coil and the sealing material selection. Pursuant to the requirements of the sealing and the electromagnetic circuit method, according to the pole area, the structural parameters of the sealing pair are designed.The sealing performance is analyzed and calculated. The ring face force, the dynamic stiffness and the leakage rate are calculated. The electromagnetic field simulation analysis uses the ANSYS software, the seal face structure of two-dimensional modeling and simulation to draw a line of magnetic induction, magnetic flux density and electromagnetic force size. The electromagnetic force, the different sealing gap size and the current size of the analysis anti-push both sides of the electromagnetic force corresponding to the current size of the simulated graphic. In this dissertation, the author makes researches of sealing by the relevant parameters and performance of non-contact magnetic sealing and provides theoretical supports and references for further research.
