| The transmission system is one of the most important parts of automobile, so itsperformance and fatigue life are important index in automobile design. With the moreand more importantof road simulation test technologyin automobile development, it isvery urgent to build load spectrum that can accurately reflect the dynamic changes ofthe vehicle when driving on the real road.In this paper, Based on the lack of researchin dynamic load spectrum of transmission system and theCommission of a corporate,research the dynamic load spectrum addressing to a certain car transmission system.This article completed include: according to the research objectives establishedtest outline of road load spectrum acquisition and set up a test system according to therequired target signal. Selecting the imc-C series (universal) multifunctionalcollection system and1.8L Ford Fiesta (Ford Fiesta) cars as the road load spectrumcollection system and test vehicle, and based on the test outline finished the drivesystem dynamic road load spectrum collection under different road surface underdifferent working condition. The signal pretreatment and load statistic analysis of themeasured load time history by using MTS xml-rpc vehicle durability analysis, test andmanagement software, got the eigenvalue and cumulative frequency of load history,consequently, got the distribution characteristics of load under different road surfaceunder different working condition. Select a cycle of load sample under urban road,editing a accelerated load spectrum for vehicle transmission system indoor dynamicload simulation based on the principle of fatigue damage quantity. Based on dynamicload spectrum is compiled, puts forward a high dynamic test-bed for transmissionsimulation test, and formulate the corresponding technical parameters andrequirements which provides the beneficial reference and important guidance for theresearch and development of high dynamic test-bed.This subject belongs to the category automotive durability engineering.
