In this paper, the wind power gear box of wind turbine for research, in under thepremise of the wind power generation technology development status at home and abroad,determine the main research content of this article is combined with a gear box factorycurrent detection method and on-line detection technology, put forward a kind of in a windpower gear box running status evaluation method of quality. Then has carried on theoverall design of the system, in order to get a set of evaluation of the evaluation method ofmatching with the soft and hard system. Through design debug and validation tests toevaluate system, to prove the feasibility of the evaluation method and evaluation system.Will test the resulting data research and analysis, and operation situation of wind powergear box quality evaluation. Eventually help a wind power gear box manufacturers to get aset of effective, fast and convenient evaluation method and evaluation of the detectionsystem. The evaluation method and evaluation testing system used for the production, themanufacture of wind power gear box factory test, based on its running status qualityevaluation, appearances in order to achieve reduce the defective rate and repair rate,greatly reduces the maintenance cost and maintenance time. This topic comes from agearbox factory wind power division, belongs to the university-enterprise cooperationtransverse research topic.Based on the evaluation method of research, the design phase is mainly selected theinfluence coefficient method. Based on the wind vibration and noise of gear box runtime,selection of four parameters such as temperature and pressure, after respectively todetermine the weight of each parameter, established the evaluation method of formula, to acertain wind power gear box to evaluate quality condition.In the process of hardware design and the built in this paper acquisition of vibrationand noise, mainly through the vibration acceleration sensor and noise sensor and dataacquisition box selection. Acquisition of temperature and pressure, mainly using the FTPsite of electricity in a closed system for collecting device as a PC, will collect the datathrough a router and network synchronization transmission to the evaluation system.Evaluation on test system software design is presented in this paper is mainly usingvirtual instrument Lab VIEW as the main control interface; realize the control of thehardware and connection. Will collect the data stored in the Access, with easy Access,display, analysis, and preserve, and use the Word to generate test report and proof testing personnel read and use.This paper in the final design of wind power gear box load test, and through the aboveevaluation method and evaluation system to get a number of testing data, the analysis ofthese testing data, on the basis of verifying the feasibility of the evaluation method andevaluation system. Proved that the evaluation method and evaluation system can beeffectively found defects of wind power gear box, thus reducing the fault repair rate,reduce the equipment’s maintenance and repair costs.
