In the climax of extensive railway construction in China, with the increasing improvement of train speed, a higher requirement has been set forth for the ride comfort of rail tracks, while to guarantee the ride comfort of rail tracks calls for the inclusion of various links, such as track-laying of newly-built railways, the maintenance of existing railways, etc, in the whole railway construction process. With the integration of three networks into one (survey control network, construction control network, operation and maintenance network), it has become possible to realize absolute positioning of tracks in different railway construction and operation links. This thesis aims to study a coordinates algorithm-based rail track adjusting system that could realize fine adjustment of tracks for newly-built railways and the curve adjustment of existing railways.Based on the concept of three networks into one, this thesis discusses coordinate measurement-based algorithm for rail track adjustment and mainly accomplishes the following work:This paper’s conception is starting from the coordinate method to realignment the railway, and designs a new method to realign the railway. This method abandons the process of traditional methods to artificial zipper. This paper mainly complete the following work:1) Proposing line of high-precision in piles coordinate calculation methodThe cubic parabola feature used in accordance with China’s railway, proposing the method of Coordinate Calculation to adapt to the high-precision line ranging from long transition curve. It can be applied to different levels of demand for railway construction.2) Researching lines of left and right around the track surface linear method of calculationUtilizating the study of line coordinate calculation method, researching the linear calculation method of left (right) line of the rail surface and can ascertain any mileage points at the line coordinate in order to provide a theoretical basis for follow-up line’s absolute positioning.3) Development of rail linear measurement equipmentDeveloping a simple measuring car which can be pushed, meeting the condition of the measurement accuracy requirements, easy to operate. In the process of fine-tuning of the new railway and the existing railway retest, using high-precision total station measure any point coordinates of circuit left (right) rail, real-time transmission of data to a laptop connected with Total Station. If the points of mesuring are sufficient, it can constitute the actual linear line around the track surface.4) Developing system software of line realignment Using the method of shortest distance to solve the location of the theory and exact coordinates of any measurement points, in contrast measured linear with theory linear to calculate the actual amount of deviation, and achieve the algorithm design of railway realignment. Integrated using of VBA, EXCEL, Auto CAD software, developed the visual railway realignment system based on the coordinate measuring.This calculation method is feasible through the specific example, and able to meet the demand for both new railway fine-tuning and existing railway Adjusting.
