| Due to such benefits as the large volume of urban mass transit, energy saving,environmental protection, urban rail traffic has become the preferred one to solvemetropolitan traffic congestion. With the development of communication technology, controltechnology and computer technology, CBTC communication system, as the favorite urban railtransit communication system which can effectively reduce train intervals, shorten thedeparture time and improve rail transportation efficiency. In China, most CBTC systems aredominated by foreign manufacturer forestall. However, CBTC systems are also activelydeveloped by domestic CBTC signal manufacturers in preparation for its vacancy. How tofind the system functional problems during the research process has become a barrier oflocalization of CBTC, in particular to vehicle equipments that related to driving safety whichrequires a lot discipline to qualified standard.Aiming at above issue, this paper presents a simulation device test system that based onCAN bus by using computer simulation technology. In this paper, the author first make aanalysis and research for CBTC system and take all external interfaces as objects to analyzethe structure of CBTC vehicle device testing system and design the hardware platform. Then,depending on the functions of vehicle equipments interface and requirements of system, theauthor uses object-oriented approach to design the system software and data structures.Finally, the author tries to write scripts in typical cases to automatically test the typical caseand get the test results through results algorithm.CBTC vehicle equipment simulation testing system can not only make automatic testsbut also take artificial test. All tests can make a functional test of CBTC vehicle equipment,and save test data for testers to detect functional defects of vehicle equipments.Taking external interface as example, CBTC vehicle equipment simulation testingsystem is applied to different manufacturers’ products so as to enhance its applicability. Thefriendly interface enables testers to make simple operation which greatly reduce the workloadof testing personnel and increase operating performance. The feasibility of the system isverified by the functional testing of CBTC vehicle equipment. |
