Along with the rapid development of China’s economy and the continuous improvementof people’s living standard, the quantity of automobile increases sharply. Especially, thenumber of private cars is rising at an amazing speed. The problems of hard parking havebecome increasingly obvious. One of the effective ways to solve the hard parking problem isthat the stereo garage is widely used. Compared with other large and closed stereo garage,lowcost, mechanical stereo garage which is studied in this subject has some merits, such aslowcost, easy to be developed, easy to be popularized, low consumption and so on.The thesis has designed the man-machine interactive system of lowcost, mechanicalstereo garage (the subsystem of the stereo garage) using MCU technology in detail. First of all,the thesis introduces domestic and international development of stereo garage and the purposeand significance of the research. Secondly, the structure of lowcost, mechanical stereo garagehas been introduced simply at first. Then, according to the function of system, the overall planof human-machine interaction system has been designed which mainly include the structureand workflow of human-machine interaction system. Thirdly, the design of the hardware andsoftware of human-machine interactive system has been completed in the thesis, the hardwarepart mainly include schematic circuit diagrams of power module, card reader module, voicemodule, LCD module and communication module, the software part mainly include thepresentation of development environment, software process design of permanent card,software process design of fixed card, software process design of temporary card, LCDmodule program design, voice module program design, communication module programdesign and so on. Fourthly, based on hardware and software, the thesis has analyzedreliability of the human-machine interaction system. Then hardware monitoring circuit andsoftware program have been designed. Fifthly, debugging method and procedures of thehuman-machine Interaction system have been introduced. The successful debugging of voicemodule, the display of LCD module, and card reader module in man-machine interactionsystem has been described in detail.The man-machine interaction system of lowcost, mechanical stereo garage based onMCU technology makes the owner of car access car by means of swiping card expediently, atthe same time, the system have advantages of lowcost, low development difficulty and etc,the design of system may form the foundation for the productization design of lowcost,mechanical stereo garage.
