China has a long history of Spring water culture，in the classical garden, spring is one ofthe important source of water, which is also important landscape. The form of spring water isdirectly related with the landform structure. Places such as mountain areas, mountain basin,littoral basin, sides of rivers and the ditch are relatively easy to form spring water. Recentyears, with the rapid development of economy and the continuous improvement of people’sliving standard, tourism is also in rapid development, so people’s demand for tourism productsis also developed quickly. Tourism in the form of spring water resources has gained a widepopulation among people because of its unique culture and art connotation.This paper mainly studies how scenic spot design featured in water resources cancombine regional cultures to reflect the landscape characteristics of spring water resources,and some questions needed to pay attention during the development and utilization.Reasonable utilization of water resources and continuously expansion of human activity spacecan enrich human leisure life, inherit historical and cultural heritages and realize thesustainable development of natural resources and ecological environment. Scenic spot designfeatured in spring water should realize the spring water recycle, through scientific andreasonable design to reduce the destruction of the surrounding environment of water resourcesto make the regional landscape and historical and cultural integration, thus can improve thequality of regional environment, and then promote the economic benefit.This article illustrates design theories of scenic spot design on the basis of spring waterresources in the scenic spot, and consults landscape planning and design cases at home andabroad, and then summarizes the guiding ideology, principle and constituent elements of suchkind of landscape planning and design. This article fully study the current situation、waterspring culture and historical context in Shandong Si shui to form its own characteristics.Through research, I hope provide some references for domestic related types of scenic spotplanning and design.
