There is a great concern in terms of firefighting follow the prosperity of urban construction. In recent years, fires of high-rise building occur frequently. It is more serious to exposes the same problem many times in the rescue process on fire disaster. The rescue equipment of fire department spray range sometimes cannot reach the height of the high-rise building on fire. Due to this reason lead to firefighters often unable to control the spread of the fire. This problem has aroused wide attention. There have a good market prospect on manufacture the high spray range fire engines.Boom is the embodiment of the high jet engines function value, and the fire design and research focus, which fire gun is installed in the end of the boom, the realization of automatic fire extinguishing. This article main research contents are:Firstly, respectively, using discrete numerical integral method and the exhaustive method, get the arm frame and working space of the spray gun; Secondly, the forward simulation analysis was carried out on the kinematic performance of the boom, boom given input of each joints get output component change of displacement, velocity and acceleration as the input motion; Thirdly, to the spray gun to reverse kinematics performance simulation analysis, given the spray gun moving platform attitude change, drive joint displacement, velocity and acceleration is obtained with the spray gun movement rule of attitude change.
