The growth of modern information technology advance rapidly makes the office facilities reform and upgrade constantly. The computer network and the tool of mobile communication have been widely used in people’s life and work. The traditional office space has also been a change, and an earthshaking one, the appearance of new forms of work and new office spaces have greatly influenced our daily life and work. Therefore, we must change our traditional ideas for the sake of adapting to the requirements of the modern society’s development.
