With the improvement of the economy and the development of the continuity,the application of high strength concrete, high strength reinforcement and prestresstechnology in the modern architecture field are constantly promoted. Prestressedhigh-strength concrete beams with high-strength bars is a new type composite beamwhich uses prestressing technology in high-strength reinforced concrete beams, itcombines the properties of high-strength reinforced concrete structures with theprestressing technique, which has a better mechanical performance. For the use ofhigh strength materials, the area can be smaller, witch can save materials andresources and bring good economic benefits. But at the same time we should realizethat by the smaller section, some high strength complements maybe have otherproblems, such as although the bearing capacity can satisfy the requirements of thesituation, while the stiffness can not reach.In this paper,12perstressed high-strength concrete beams with high-strengthbars were tested, Based on the test results, the influence of concrete strength,reinforcement ratio and prestress ratio on the stiffness are analyzed, and calculatedthe stiffness and deflection with different methods, analyzed whether the formulasfor calculating the stiffness in the existing codes are suitable for the prestressedhigh-strength concrete beams with high-strength bars. In order to coMPare thetheory and experiment, The non-linear analysis about perstressed high-strengthconcrete beams with high-strength bars was carried out by ABAQUS finite elementanalysis software. By comparing with the experiment results, the finite analysisresults have a good agreement with the experiment results.
