The Urban Spatial Structure Research Of Nanchanr Based In Land Use Perspective

Urban spatial structure research has always been the hot point of City geography,land use, city economics, city planning and other subjects that is concerned. Under thebackground of the transformation of city’s social and economic, it transform to thechanges of land use more and more rapidly. The changes of urban land use is the mosttypically and the most intuitive visual space response of Urban spatial structurereconstruction caused by the transformation of social economic development andprocess of social reproduction. Meanwhile urban land use is a space mapping whichwas bring about by the interaction of each factors and elements of city system in atime section. It will have an important significance if we take land-use as a point ofUrban spatial structure research in the analysis of forming mechanism of Urbanspatial structure and knowing the interaction mode of city internal elements..This paper put the Nanchang’s urban spatial structure in2010as the researchobject. First,using the status quo data of Nanchang city in2010, discuss the featureof boundary dimension,radius dimension and information dimension of the wholestudy area,south group and its internal various land use types. And a model ofNanchang city space was proposed on this basis. Space syntax model is then used inthe whole study area, Jiangnan part and Jiangbei part’s spatial structure of integration,intelligent degree are analyzed, and the topological characteristics of jiangnan part’surban spatial structure is obtained by the center accumulation effect is significant, thejiangbei part’s spatial structure is not obvious affected by center accumulation effect.While inside the jiangbei part, the local center of clustering have relatively significantlevel features, and the jiangnan part is on the contrary.The jiangbei part’s spatialstructure has the formed by long-termorganic growth under traditional urban structurecharacteristics.And the jiangbei part’s spatial structure has formed a feature within ahuman guide which model looks like a piece of block groups in the modern industrialcity structure characteristics of conclusion.
