So the health monitoring of bridgeduring operation is particularly urgent and necessary.As an important bridge of Chongqing3rd Ring Rd,Qingcaobei bridge will burdenheavy traffic tasks. Overload is common, leading to the bridge strength and stiffnessdecreases with the time increasing, it will not only affect the driving safety, willshorten the life span of the bridge. So the health monitoring system is very necessaryset operation on the bridge.Sensor system is the very important part of healthmonitoring system,The sensor embedded in the structure of the position is especiallyimportant.Based on the fuling Qingcaobei Yangtze river bridge as the engineeringbackground,this paper chooses Qingcaobei Yangtze river bridge static characteristicsof health monitoring system as the research object. Design of sensor system isespecially discussed.First of all, this paper established a model by finite element software Midas/civil2010,To analyze the structure of static characteristics.And then analyze the main staticresponse of structure under the typical load in order to find the main keycomponents.Mainly depending on the analysis results of the whole bridge finiteelement model and combining with the service condition of the similar suspensionbridge,This paper determined the scheme of the displacement,cable tension, stress andtemperature sensor.Secondly,summarize all the static monitoring items and relevant layout position of the sensors.And Combine with the development level of the sensor at thepresent time,find out the suited type of the static sensors.Finally, this paper briefly introduces the Analytic Hierarchy Process and discussesthe basic principles and steps of the method of AHP.Also discuss the variable weightAHP comprehensive evaluation application of structural health monitoring inQingcaobei Yangtze River Bridge. |
